Zur Verstärkung unseres ESG-Teams am Standort Berlin suchen wir Dich als Sustainability Manager (m/w/d)
Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung unserer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie. Du unterstützt die Durchführung von Energieprojekten und leistest einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu unserem Nachhaltigkeits- Reporting.
Darüber hinaus stellst du sicher, dass unsere Geschäftsprozesse stets an die aktuellen und künftigen EU- und lokalen Regelungen sowie an die deutsche Gesetzgebung angepasst werden.
In deiner Rolle unterstützt du Heimstaden Germany, die langfristigen Ziele im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit und Klima zu erreichen.
Weitere Aufgaben:
Beitrag zur Förderung der lokalen Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und zur Umsetzung von Zielen und Folgemaßnahmen mit Schwerpunkt auf ESG Sicherstellung lokaler Projekte in Bezug auf Nachhaltigkeit, in Übereinstimmung mit den definierten Standards für ESG-Reporting und Projekte Koordinierung der Datenerfassung, Follow-up-Berichterstattung und Qualitätssicherung der ESG-Daten Unterstützung und Schulung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern in Sachen Nachhaltigkeit Monitoring von rechtlichen Anforderungen auf lokaler Ebene und kontinuierliche Beobachtung von Initiativen, Innovationen und Maßnahmen in der Nachhaltigkeitsbranche Förderung lokaler Partnerschaften, Innovationsprojekte, die für die Heimstaden Germany und die lokale Strategie relevant sindWas uns überzeugt:
Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Studium Praxiserfahrung mit Energieprojekten und Erfahrung als Nachhaltigkeitsmanager Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen in Recht und Wirtschaft Analytische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Motivation, auch bei langwierigen Prozessen sichtbare Ergebnisse zu erzielen Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache (andere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil)Was wir Dir bieten:
