Explore your tasks and responsibilities
Assuming leadership as a technical or subproject manager in high / steel and engineering construction, for the technical planning and implementation of steel and spatial structures in building construction, from planning, through procurement and construction to commissioning Creation of structural engineering concepts in the design stage and coordination of project interfaces Tendering, awarding, and invoicing of construction services within the area of responsibility, including preparation and handover of documentation Schedule, cost, and quality control Proactive, project-related opportunity/risk management and supplement management with claim/anti-claim management Coordinate and monitor engineering, services of external service providers and subcontractors, check invoices incl. documentation Active communication of all project issues to the stakeholders in the responsible project area Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team to design and implement customer requirements, assist in technical clarification with cross-trade departments
Show your expertise
Completed degree in civil engineering and project experience in industrial, high, steel and/or engineering construction. If possible, several years of professional experience in planning and construction (HOAI-LPH 1-8), career starters (m/f/d) are also welcome Good knowledge of building and planning law, the recognized rules of technology as well as the German Civil Code (BGB), HOAI, VOB, etc. Knowledge of standard software (Office) and CAD applications (AutoCad, Revit) ideally also in 3D modeling for the creation of BIM models Enjoy creative, conceptual work Independent, structured way of working with quality awareness and team spirit Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken Project-related willingness to travel#ExyteCareersAreExciting
