Your Department – Sales

The Sales Department will establish new merchant verticals for Zastrpay in Germany. This role involves developing a robust sales pipeline, actively pursuing and securing new business opportunities, and bringing these deals to fruition. We seek someone with a hunter mentality combined with strong client management skills. The Lead Sales Manager will be a key player in driving Zastrpay's growth in Germany.

Job Description

Some of the things you will be doing:

Taking full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing the deal Negotiate and finalize agreements to meet and exceed sales targets Develop a winning Sales strategy by building and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads, focusing on high-potential prospects in your vertical Hunting for new Sales opportunities byengaging in sales calls and networking to set up meetings and generate new business opportunities Understanding the client´s needs and showcasing solutions, presenting and pitching Zastrpay to clients professionally and persuasively, and closing deals efficiently Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to align product offerings with client needs Coordinate the onboarding process of new clients byensuring timely go-live dates and successful market launches

Qualifications

You will be a great fit if:

University Degree. You have a Bachelor´s or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related study Experience. You have more than 5 years of working experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager Industry. Preferably you have experience in the FinTech or Entertainment area Language.  Fluent English & German language is essential Collaboration. Strong client relationship management skills
