Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Aerospace
We are a leading company in the aerospace industry, seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. Our mission is to develop innovative solutions and further strengthen our position as an industry leader.
Your Tasks
Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to enter new markets in the Space & Defense sector Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential customers and partners in the aerospace and defense industries Active participation in tender processes and proposal development Developing customized solutions and products in close collaboration with the engineering team Monitoring and analyzing market and competitive trends and deriving appropriate recommendations for action Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Your Qualifications
Completed technical degree or equivalent education in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar field Several years of professional experience in business development/sales, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense sector Solid technical understanding and experience with complex technical products and systems Strong communication and negotiation skills Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial initiative Willingness to travel and intercultural competence Fluent in spoken and written English
