Für den Bereich "Engineering Management" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Engineering Planning Manager (m/w/d)" am Standort Oberkochen, Außenstelle Aalen.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Eigenständige Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung aussagekräftiger Entscheidungshilfen aus Planungsdaten im ERP System (SAP) und in dezentralen Datenbanken
  • Auswertung, Prüfung und Weiterentwicklung von Methodiken zur Verfügung-Stellung von abteilungs- und projektbezogener Daten (Kapazität, Workload)
  • Abstimmung von Anforderungen und Klärung von Fragen mit den Verantwortlichen aus Engineering, Finance, den Business Units sowie Operations
  • Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung von Informationsplattformen und Schnittstellen
  • Controlling von R&D Entwicklungsprojekten (Kosten, Zeit, Personal)
  • Koordinierung und Interpretation der R&D Budgetplanung für eigenfinanzierte Entwicklungsprojekte und deren Abhängigkeit in der Supply Chain
  • Reporting und Weiterentwicklung von KPI´s sowie Verifizierung von Projektreports
  • Controlling des Risk-Managementprozesses und Verifikation/Abstimmung der Inhalte
Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Über 4-jährige Berufserfahrung hinsichtlich der Methodenentwicklung/ -implementierung bzgl. Multiprojektanforderungen (Workload/Kapa) im Engineering
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Projektmanagement Tools
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP PS sowie MS-Office insbesondere Excel
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Generierung, Auswertung sowie Interpretation von Projektdaten und -kennzahlen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um den Informationsfluss sicherzustellen
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
