Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) Cloud Computing

Die Verantwortung der Abteilung Service Integration liegt in der technischen Entwicklung und Implementierung von Lösungen und Produkten (Services) auf der Plattform- und Applikationsebene sowie die Integration der Services in die jeweiligen Betriebseinheiten. Darüber hinaus verantwortet die Abteilung das gesamte Auftrags- und Projektmanagement.

Deine Aufgaben:
Verantwortung für große komplexe und herausfordernde IT-Infrastruktur Projekte und innovative Projekte im Umfeld von Cloud Computing (z.B. Umzug/Aufbau eines Rechenzentrums, Aufbau komplexer Outsourcing Architekturen, Softwareentwicklungsprojekte) Beschreibung und Spezifikation von Projekten nach Auftragseingang Planung von Projekten u.a. Ressourcenplanung, Meilensteinplanung, Stakeholderanalysen und Projektstrukturpläne Prozessorientierte Koordination und Durchführung von Projekten sowie Ansteuerung von leistungserbringenden Organisationen und proaktive Sicherstellung der Erreichung aller Projektziele in Zeit, Qualität und Umfang Kundenkommunikation im C-Level im Zuge der Projektabwicklung sowie Durchführung von Eskalationen Durchführung von Risiko-, Zeit-, Kosten-, Zahlungs-, Claim- und Chancenmanagement Durchführung von Projekten nach klassischen Methoden aber auch agilen Methoden u.a. Scrum Umsetzung der Einsatzplanung, die Steuerung und fachliche Führung des Projektteams vom Vertragsabschluss bis zur Betriebsbereitschaft an das Service Management Proaktive Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung teaminterner Aufgaben wie Prozessverbesserungen, Controlling und Mentoring

Deine Talente:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische/kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium (z.B. (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager von komplexen Projekten und Softwareprojekten Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der fachlichen Führung von Teams als Projektmanager Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Projektleitungsmethoden und –standards Zertifizierung im PMI-Standard sowie Zertifizierung als Scrum Master wünschenswert Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative Hohe analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeit und Kreativität mit einem Gespür für individuelle Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden Sehr gute Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen, Jira und MS-Office Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
