About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Infrastructure team at INP Deutschland GmbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure or energy sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and manage project finances.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
