In fact, three out of four cars today are equipped with Antolin interiors.
With over 140 plants in 26 countries, Antolin has achieved this strong industry presence through more than seventy years of working with our customers to develop a full cycle of component manufacturing, from concept and design through the development and validation phases to industrialisation and sequential delivery.
Mission :
The objective of this role is to ensure that projects (door panels and instrument panels) are completed on time, on budget and meet the requirements of the organisation and customers. The person in this role is the interface between internal (Antolin) and external (customers, suppliers and service providers) project stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
Define and clarify project scope and objectives in terms of schedule, quality and cost. Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of project objectives. Negotiate with the client on any disagreements regarding the project scope. Defining the organisational structure of the project team, including external companies. Appoint and coordinate the project team, involving all necessary departments. Responsible for the project within the ANTOLIN organisation to ensure quality, cost, time, profitability and legal targets are met. Coordinate activities across different organisational functions.What we are looking for:
Engineering degree in electronics/telecommunications At least 5 years of experience. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of automotive systems engineering.
