At G.A. DEUTSCHLAND (Allershausen (HALA)), we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and clarify project scope and objectives in terms of schedule, quality, and cost.
• Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of project objectives.
• Negotiate with clients on any disagreements regarding the project scope.
• Define the organisational structure of the project team, including external companies.
• Appoint and coordinate the project team, involving all necessary departments.
• Responsible for the project within the ANTOLIN organisation to ensure quality, cost, time, profitability, and legal targets are met.
• Coordinate activities across different organisational functions.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in electronics/telecommunications.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems engineering.
• Resourceful and self-motivated, able to multi-task.
• A challenging and enquiring mindset.
• Enjoy building relationships.
