Strategic Marketing Manager, Schwerpunkt Sponsoring & Event (m/w/d)DKB AGStandort: BerlinunbefristetTeil-/Vollzeit (38h/Woche)ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du führst die Marke DKB und profilierst diese im Sinne einer definierten Markenpositionierung weiter
  • Du übernimmst die Planung und Steuerung von Marketingaktivitäten (360 Grad), insbesondere in den Bereichen Sportsponsoring und Events
  • Die strategische Entwicklung der Sponsorings treibst du im Rahmen der Unternehmensstrategie voran
  • Du entwickelst Kommunikationsstrategien zur Aktivierung der Sponsoring- und Eventmaßnahmen und rollst diese gemeinsam mit unternehmensübergreifenden Teams sowie externen Agenturen crossmedial aus
  • Die Wirkung von Marketingaktivitäten misst du über Key Performance Indicators (KPI) und optimierst diese entsprechend
  • Marken-, Wettbewerbs sowie Kommunikationsanalysen begleitest und interpretierst du
Dein Profil
  • Du hast einen Studienabschluss in der Fachrichtung Wirtschafts-, Kommunikations- oder Geisteswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Planner (m/w/d) bzw. Stratege (m/w/d) in einer großen Werbeagentur oder auf Unternehmensseite verfügst du
  • Du hast weitreichende Brand-Management-Erfahrung, insbesondere im Bereich Sportsponsoring
  • Umfangreiche strategische und operative Kenntnisse hinsichtlich des Einsatzes von Marketinginstrumenten und des verbundenen Rechteeinkaufs (Media/ Sponsoring/ Events etc.) bringst du mit
  • Dein analytisches Denkvermögen, eine hohe Internet- und Medienaffinität, das Verständnis für Menschen und Marken sowie Begeisterung kreativer Ideen zeichnen dich aus
  • Du verfügst über die Fähigkeit, nachhaltige Konzepte zu entwickeln, diese überzeugend zu präsentieren und in Form eines agilen Projektmanagements umzusetzen
  • Du denkst und handelst unternehmerisch
