Für unseren Standort in Dortmund suchen wir aktuell einen Shift Supervisor (m/w/d) .

 

Was erwartet Dich ?
  • Monitoring der KPI im laufen Betrieb
  • Kommunikation mit und Kontrolle der Mitarbeiter
  • Organisation der reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit der einzelnen Abteilungen
  • Verantwortlichkeit für die Kommunikation zwischen den Abteilungen
  • Optimierung der Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit den Schichtleitern
  • Zielsetzung für die Schicht und deren Sicherstellung
  • Erstellen der Anwesenheitspläne untergeordneten Mitarbeiter
  • Finaler Entscheider bei Urlaubsbeantragung durch Mitarbeiter (Level unter Schichtleiter)
  • Fachlicher und disziplinarischer Vorgesetzter für die Abteilungen im operativen Bereich
  • Kontrolle und Planung von Schulungen sowie deren Wirksamkeit
  • Auditierung und Verbesserung von Prozessen und Verbesserung
  • Sicherstellung von gültigen IDL Sicherheitsbestimmungen
  • Sicherstellung von gültigen IDL HSE Bestimmungen
  • Verantwortlichkeit als Eskalationsstelle von Management und Schicht
  • Dokumentation von Abweichungen und Verbesserung im Rahmen von Analysen
Was bringst Du mit ?
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Logistik
  • Führungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position innerhalb der Kontraktlogistik
  • Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise in einem prozessbasierenden Logistikbereich mit hoher Umschlagshäufigkeit
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Teamleitungsfunktion
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit WMS-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz
  • Sehr gute Führungskompetenz
  • Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Gute Analyse- und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Innovatives Denkvermögen
