What you need:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred Minimum of five years of previous experience in management consulting, human capital consulting, talent acquisition, business development or entrepreneurship required Track record of successfully leading projects that resulted in an impact on outcomes for client accounts Full fluency in Spanish, English and French You must be authorized to work in Germany on a full-time basis, we do not currently offer sponsorship for this roleWhat we offer:
