What you can expect

Neben der Analyse und Behebung auftretender Störungen (2nd& 3rd Level Support) implementierst, administrierst und pflegst DuIT-Systeme und Services. Darüber hinaus gehört die Erstellung und Pflege vonDokumentationen zur Nutzung im Betrieb und Support in Deinen Aufgabenbereich. Du entwirfst Konzepte und setzt diese um. Zudem bist Du fürdie Weiterentwicklung der Systeme zur Leistungssteigerung, Kostenreduzierungund Risikominderung verantwortlich und unterstützt bei Marktanalysen zurAuswahl und Bewertung von Hard- und Software-Produkten. Du übernimmst die Planung, Koordination und Durchführung vonIT-Projekten in der Realisierungs-, Test- und Rolloutphase samt Überführung derProjekte in den Betrieb und bist für die Steuerung und Kontrolle externerPartner und Dienstleistern zuständig. What makes you stand out Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der(Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Aus- und Weiterbildung imBereich IT. Für Deinen Start in unserem Team sind tiefgreifendePraxiserfahrungen im Betrieb von hybriden Infrastrukturen (on Premise, MultiCloud und Hybrid Cloud Umgebungen) und Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS inkl. derenAnbindung, IaC via Terraform) erforderlich. Außerdem konntest Du bereits einschlägige Erfahrungen imBetrieb einer komplexen heterogenen Server Infrastruktur undApplikationsservern sammeln und Du weißt wie Lösungen im Konzernumfeldimplementiert werden. Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mitMicrosoft Cloud Technologien (wie Office365, Azure, AzureAD, AAD Connect, ExchangeOnPremise undExchangeOnline) und kannst Dein Wissen über Windows Server ab 2016 und WindowsServer Technologien (Active Directory, File Services / DFS, Group Policies) beiuns einbringen. Darüber hinaus bringst Du gutes Know-How der ITIL- undProjektmanagementprozesse, Netzwerktechnologien wie Routing, Switching, DNS,DHCP und RAS sowie Windows PowerShell mit. Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Umgang undder Implementierung von KI / AI Lösungen gesammelt. Deine verhandlungssicheren Deutschkenntnisse werden durchfließende Englischkenntnisse ergänzt.
