Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are responsible for the product strategy in application SW and translate customer and market requirements into concrete development tasks in order to provide our customers with the best neuro-radiological catheter laboratory from a clinical, financial and operational point of view - customer-orientation is the key to success here You continuously monitor the dynamic market conditions in the field of neuro-interventions and react with both incremental and disruptive ideas to maintain innovation leadership and, if necessary, expand into new areas. You will be responsible for identifying, discussing, and challenging the requirements for application SW for angiography systems together with clinicians identify, discuss, and scrutinize them After reviewing and evaluating product requirements, you will be responsible for formulating them, follow up and implement them You are responsible for verifying the implemented customer functionality on test systems You will be responsible for the creation and definition of business plans to consider customer and market requirements as well as the business interests of Siemens Healthineers You will work closely with all AT functions (R&D, Portfolio Management, Innovation, Sales, Finance, Service, Application Specialists); this also includes presentations of e.g., decision proposals or results to the management Together with the mutually supportive team, you will make a significant contribution to global health by defining innovative solutions for the treatment and prevention of e.g., strokes

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a degree in engineering, medicine, medical technology, or a comparable field You have long-term professional experience in the field of medical imaging with a focus on angiography / intervention - preferably in the field of SW applications for neuro interventions You have many years of experience in product management, preferably in software applications for medical imaging systems You understand the clinical processes in interventional (neuro)radiology and are familiar with the perspectives and challenges of interventional (neuro)radiology You have experience in the field of digitalization and see increasing efficiency as a continuous challenge Analytical skills, pragmatic implementation expertise and a proactive way of working paired with negotiation skills are among your strengths

You are business fluent in English, as we interact with customers and development teams worldwide. Good German language skills are an advantage You understand your task like an entrepreneur; your motivation is your compass to success - true to the motto: Do the right things right at the right time Intercultural and international co-operation is a matter of course for you; you are willing to travel internationally (approx. 20%) You enjoy close customer interaction on eye level to further develop interventional neuroradiology products as a market leader and, if necessary, to open up new fields Through fact-based action, you have a confident manner in discussions with customers and management at eye level. Your communication, presentation and moderation skills will help you here You enjoy using your diplomatic skills and sometimes necessary persistence to advance and pursue topics You are committed to the success of Siemens Healthineers with vigor and passion
