We are seeking a Sales Manager to join a Business Development Team, focusing on making sales contacts, understanding customer needs, and developing applications for a product line of tools.

Aufgaben

 

  • Develop and manage contacts within a region.
  • Follow up on sales leads and engage potential customers.
  • Formulate market strategies and goals for each product and service.
  • Assess customer needs and relay information to other team members.
  • Evaluate product and service marketability based on technical and manufacturing requirements.
  • Communicate directly with customers to establish strong relationships.
  • Create sales and marketing proposals for technical products and services.
  • Close sales deals and finalize contracts.
  • Travel frequently (at least 50% of the time) to visit customers and build relationships.
Anforderungen
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Industrial background, preferably in Machine Tools, Modular Tools Cutter Grinders, and Tool Grinding.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • Residence in Germany or Austria.
  • Sales experience with distributors and OEMs.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the manufacturing or technical products sector.
