Founders Associate (f/m/x) mit Finance

Als Founders Associate mit Schwerpunkt Finance unterstützt du vorrangig unseren Co-Founder Thorsten - Du bist bei strategischen Entscheidungen beteiligt, leitest operative Projekte in interdisziplinären Teams und unterstützt bei Investoren-Updates und Reportings.



Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du arbeitest eng, quasi als sein zweites Gehirn, mit unserem Co-Founder Thorsten zusammen, der die Bereiche Content, Customer Success und Finance verantwortet. Dabei übernimmst du auch Schnittstellen-Aufgaben und betreust übergreifende Projekte mit Sparringspartner*innen aus anderen Teams bei doinstruct.
  • Du analysiert und hinterfragst unsere bestehenden Prozesse kritisch: Dein ständiger Anspruch ist es, unsere Finance-Prozesse besser, smoother und transparenter zu machen.
  • Grade bei Finance-Themen wie Cash Flow und Business Plan oder dem Jahresabschluss unterstützt du Thorsten tatkräftig und bringst deine Erfahrungen ein.
  • Sei Teil bei der Gestaltung eines Unternehmens, das sich nicht nur für den Gesamterfolg, sondern auch für deine individuelle, persönliche und berufliche Entwicklung einsetzt.

Unser Anspruch an dich:
  • Du bist ein*e Start-Up-begeisterte*r Teamplayer*in mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Zahlen, Daten und Fakten, dessen/deren Herz dafür schlägt, sich in einem schnellen Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln und einen Fingerabdruck bei doinstruct zu hinterlassen.
  • Als Problemlöser*in liebst du es, neue Herausforderungen anzugehen und findest clevere und schnelle Lösungen. Dabei setzen dich sich schnell ändernde Anforderungen nicht unter Druck, sondern motivieren dich.
  • Du bist offen dafür regelmäßig unterwegs zu sein, um Thorsten auch vor Ort, beispielsweise bei Kunden oder Investoren, unterstützen zu können und um alle wichtigen Einblicke zu sammeln.
  • Mit unerschütterlicher Motivation und Eigenverantwortung stürzt du dich in jede Aufgabe und lässt dich nicht von Hindernissen aufhalten. Wenn du ein Problem identifizierst, fackelst du nicht lange und ergreifst die Initiative, um es zu lösen.
  • Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit ist nicht nur bewundernswert, sondern geradezu legendär – Du machst mit Leichtigkeit deinen Standpunkt klar, ohne den deines Gegenübers aus den Augen zu verlieren.
  • Du sprichst mindestens fließend Englisch und sehr gut Deutsch.
