Als Marketplace Manager (f/m/d) trägst Du die Verantwortung für die Betreuung, Optimierung und den Ausbau unserer E-Commerce-Marktplatzaktivitäten. Diese Position erfordert ein tiefes Verständnis von E-Commerce-Plattformen, Datenanalyse und die Fähigkeit, mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammenzuarbeiten.

Mit diesen Aufgaben trägst Du zum Erfolg bei

  • Du bist verantwortlich für Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Steigerung von Wachstum und Umsatz sowie eines P&L Managements.
  • Du überwachst die Erstellung und Optimierung von Produktlistungen auf verschiedenen Marktplätzen sowie deren Sichtbarkeit.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Partner*innenmanagement unserer verschiedenen Marktplätze (Amazon, Zalando, About You)
  • Du analysierst Performance Metriken und Verkaufsdaten zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen und setzt diese federführend um.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Merchandise Management und Logistik zur Sicherstellung optimaler Lagerbestände und pünktlicher Lieferung zusammen.
  • Du implementierst Strategien zur Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit und -unterstützung.
  • Durchführung von Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Information über Markttrends und Preisstrategien sind ebenso Teil Deiner Aufgaben, wie auch
  • Die Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte zur Marktplatzperformance.
Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, E-Commerce oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Du bist ein E-Commerce Afficionado und hast schon einige Jahre an Erfahrung im E-Com gesammelt, einen bedeutenden Teil davon im B2C-Marktplatzmanagement.
  • Du kennst dich sehr gut mit Marketplace-Management-Tools (z.B. von Amazon, Zalando & About You) und Datenanalysetools aus.
  • Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis von Marktplatzalgorithmen, SEO und E-Commerce-Trends.
  • Du hast eine Affinität für Platform Marketing und Merchandise Management.
  • Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung.
  • Fähigkeit zur Anpassung in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umfeld.
