Als Marketplace Manager*in trägst Du die Verantwortung für die Betreuung, Optimierung und den Ausbau unserer E-Commerce-Marktplatzaktivitäten. Diese Position erfordert ein tiefes Verständnis von E-Commerce-Plattformen, Datenanalyse und die Fähigkeit, mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammenzuarbeiten.

Mit diesen Aufgaben trägst Du zum Erfolg bei

Du bist verantwortlich für Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Steigerung von Wachstum und Umsatz sowie eines P&L Managements. Du überwachst die Erstellung und Optimierung von Produktlistungen auf verschiedenen Marktplätzen sowie deren Sichtbarkeit. Du bist verantwortlich für das Partner*innenmanagement unserer verschiedenen Marktplätze (Amazon, Zalando, About You) Du analysierst Performance Metriken und Verkaufsdaten zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen und setzt diese federführend um. Du arbeitest eng mit Merchandise Management und Logistik zur Sicherstellung optimaler Lagerbestände und pünktlicher Lieferung zusammen. Du implementierst Strategien zur Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit und -unterstützung. Durchführung von Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Information über Markttrends und Preisstrategien sind ebenso Teil Deiner Aufgaben, wie auch Die Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte zur Marktplatzperformance.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, E-Commerce oder einem verwandten Bereich. Du bist ein E-Commerce Afficionado und hast schon einige Jahre an Erfahrung im E-Com gesammelt, einen bedeutenden Teil davon im B2C-Marktplatzmanagement. Du kennst dich sehr gut mit Marketplace-Management-Tools (z.B. von Amazon, Zalando & About You) und Datenanalysetools aus. Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis von Marktplatzalgorithmen, SEO und E-Commerce-Trends. Du hast eine Affinität für Platform Marketing und Merchandise Management. Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung. Fähigkeit zur Anpassung in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umfeld.

As Marketplace Manager, (f/m/d) you will be responsible for managing, optimising and expanding our E-com marketplace activities. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, data analysis, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What is the job about?

You are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase growth and sales as well as P&L management. You monitor the creation and optimisation of product listings on various marketplaces and their visibility You are responsible for the partner management of our various marketplaces You analyse performance metrics and sales data to identify potential for improvement and take the lead in implementing them You work closely with merchandise management and logistics to ensure optimal stock levels and on-time delivery Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and support. Carrying out competitive analyses to inform market trends and pricing strategies are also part of your tasks, as well as Preparing regular reports on marketplace performance.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce or a related field. You are an e-commerce aficionado and have already gained several years of experience in e-commerce, at least a substantial part of which in B2C marketplace management. You are very familiar with marketplace management tools (e.g. from Amazon, Zalando & About You) and data analysis tools. You have a deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO and e-commerce trends. You have an affinity for platform marketing and merchandise management Strong problem solving skills and data-based decision making. Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
