Deine Aufgaben:

Als Teamlead (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Steuerung der Marketingaktivitäten von allygatr sowie die Ermittlung und Bedienung des Marketingbedarfs unserer Ventures. Du berichtest an den Head of Communications & Marketing und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams und Ventures zusammen. Immer mit dem Ziel vor Augen: unsere Markenpräsenz zu stärken und unsere Position im HR-Tech-Sektor weiter auszubauen.

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung integrierter Marketingstrategien für allygatr und unsere Ventures
  • Fachliche Leitung des Marketing-Teams
  • Planung und Durchführung von Marketingkampagnen, von Webdesign und Branding bis hin zu Content-Erstellung und Messebeteiligungen
  • Event-Planung und -koordinierung in enger Abstimmung mit den Schlüsselansprechpartner:innen intern wie extern. 
  • PR/Medien-Erfahrung erwünscht, aber nicht zwingend notwendig 
  • Messung und Analyse der Marketingaktivitäten zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Strategien.
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Schlüsselpartnern und Stakeholdern


Dein Profil:

  • Langjährige Erfahrung als Marketing-Allrounder mit einem breiten Skill-Set und hands-on-Mentalität
  • Du bringst Erfahrung (und auch gerne Connections) aus der Start-up-Branche und/oder dem Venture-Capital-Umfeld mit
  • Du verfügst über starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Marketingkampagnen effektiv zu messen und zu optimieren.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, bist ein:e Teamplayer:in und verfügst über Führungskompetenz
  • Du verstehst es, immer den richtigen Ton zu treffen – sodass du sowohl mit Gründer:innen, Investor:innen, als auch Team-Members und Branchengrößen souverän agieren kannst.
  • Du hast Spaß an einem dynamischen Umfeld mit viel Abwechslung und kannst mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig jonglieren.
  • Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind exzellent, Englisch sprichst du ebenfalls hervorragend; jede weitere Fremdsprache ist natürlich eine Bereicherung ;)
