As part of your student assignment, you will support projects in the area of insurance governance within the Mercedes-Benz Insurnace companies with the implementation of regulatory requirements and Group specifications.
These are some of the challenges you will face:
Qualitative support in risk management Support in the implementation of quarterly controlling in the area of risk management Support in the "DORA" project - implementation of regulatory requirements Reading legal texts and translating them into the world of practical implementation Contributing to the preparation of decision papers, presentations, etc. Supporting monthly reports on the internal control system Supporting the update process in e.g. policy management Participation in the writing of guidelines and quality management of existing rules Support with technical task forces, e.g. with SharePoint applications Qualifikationen Degree in economics, insurance or a comparable course of study Ideally knowledge and experience in the reinsurance and primary insurance sector Ideally experience in dealing with and implementing regulatory requirements in the insurance sector Confident handling of the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint Very good written and spoken German and English, French an advantage Very good written expression and strong initiative Very good conceptual skills, quick comprehension, ability to think abstractly and enjoy working in a teamAdditional information:
