Ich bringe eine effiziente Systematik in alle Arten von Dokumenten – von der Planung bis zum Abschluss großer Infrastrukturprojekte.

Das macht den Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich für die Energiewende und sucht zwei Spezialist*innen im Dokumentenmanagement (w/m/d). In unserem Geschäftsbereich Projekte AC Onshore (Leitungen und Umspannwerke) kann ich unmittelbar daran mitwirken, den hierfür dringend erforderlichen Netzausbau zu realisieren. Mein Anteil daran: Ich manage die Dokumente von laufenden und geplanten Freileitungs- und Umspannwerksprojekten im Übertragungsnetz und gebe den Projektteams damit eine wichtige Grundlage für ihre Arbeit an die Hand.

Im Dokumentenmanagement habe ich die Möglichkeit, mich als Schnittstelle zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit zu etablieren und als Wissensträger*in eigenständig Prozesse für das Dokumentenmanagement auszugestalten. Dabei profitiere ich von meinem Strukturierungs-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsgeschick und bin gespannt darauf, mich in technische Hintergründe sowie technische Normen und Richtlinien einzuarbeiten.

Meine Aufgaben

Unterstützung im Aufbau und Ausführung von neuen Anforderungen und Systemen (insbesondere Umstellungen) im Zusammenhang mit bereichsübergreifendem Dokumentenmanagement als Keyuser*innen (für den Geschäftsbereich), Erarbeiten einheitlicher Dokumentenstrukturen und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden im Geschäftsbereich, Bereichsübergreifende Abstimmungen als Schnittstelle (hinsichtlich der Dokumentation) zu den Bereichen Betriebsführung, Regionalzentren, Genehmigung und Assetmanagement, Eigenverantwortliche, projektbegleitende Aufbereitung von Daten und Dokumenten gemäß interner Richtlinien bis hin zur erfolgreichen internen Übergabe der Projektenddokumentation für unsere Top Level Projekte, Steuerung externer Dokumentenmanager auf Projektebene.

Meine Kompetenzen 

Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (bestenfalls im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Bautechnik),  Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Dokumentenmanagement,  Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office, Erfahrung als Nutzer*in von Datenbanken und / oder Dokumentenmanagementsystemen (z. B. SAP, OnBase), Sprachen: verhandlungssichere Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch (C1).

Idealerweise bringe ich zusätzlich mit:

Gute Englischkenntnisse (B2), Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ergebnis- und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Verlässlichkeit, Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit, hohe Motivation, sich in neue Themenfelder proaktiv einzuarbeiten.
