You’ll join more than 6,000 CARIDIANS already working on the latest vehicle features and functions like automated driving, state-of-the-art charging technology, as well as a new digital ecosystem. Together, we’re bringing sustainable change to one of the largest companies in the world.

**YOUR TEAM**:
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of test infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including software developers and test engineers
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies
- Regularly report project status, key metrics, and milestones to senior management and stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate project performance and outcomes, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing lessons learned in future HIL initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, advancements, and regulations

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on agile methodologies
- Basic understanding of automotive software testing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders and team members
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for scheduling, tracking, and reporting project progress.
