The Job

• Planning and implementation of patient care (including hygiene, nutrition, positioning, mobilization, prophylaxis) of ventilated and non-ventilated patients
• Wound care according to aseptic and septic standards
• Administration of medication orally, s.c., i.m., i.v.
• Emergency management
• Performing CPR
• Suction of secretions
•  Handling and care of ZVK, arterial catheter or peripheral venous access
• Monitoring and documentation of vital parameters
• BGA Test
• Assistance with food and fluid intake
• Assisting doctors in various medical as well as surgical procedures
• Observe and record changes in patients’ general conditions.
• Preparing materials and patients for medical for nursing procedures
• Collection of Laboratory specimens for investigations
• Fluid and electrolyte balance
• Insertions and care of nasogastric tube, peripheral venous access and transurethral catheter

Devices Used at the Workplace

Nebulizer, Ventilators, Glucometer, Steam Inhaler, Centralized Oxygen and Suction, Defibrillator, Ambu Bag, ECG Machine, Syringe Pumps, Cardiac Monitor, Suction Unit, nutrition pump, BGA Machines. 

The Profile

• You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
