Quality Improvement Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Improvement Manager to join our Group Quality and Technology department. Baettr has 4 foundries and 2 machining facilities located in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, India, and China. As our Quality Improvement Manager, you will be an integral part of the Group Quality function.

The key objectives for you will be to support the continued development of the organization through optimizing processes, improving data quality and data accuracy, creating ideas for easing access to data in relation to quality.

Your base location can either be in Lem, Denmark; Stade, Germany or Guldsmedshyttan, Sweden. As this is a global position, there will be opportunities to travel. You will be reporting to our Director Group Quality.

Your main responsibilities

You will be responsible for the management of global improvement projects in diverse quality related areas such as:

Quality management system. Global auditing. Data storage and reporting (QDA and Power-BI). Way to Market (Stage-Gate model), quality perspective. APQP4Wind and PPAP process. Increased quality level and robustness of products, and operating procedures. Diverse problem-solving projects. Global training campaigns in various quality tools. Supplier quality improvement projects.

Professional and personal qualifications

You have a solid quality management experience where you typically have contributed to improving quality and quality related data systems and processes. You have a good working knowledge of diverse quality related IT systems and in addition you hold a Black Belt Six Sigma.

You have strong stakeholder management skills and are comfortable with creating working relationships across cultures with such functions as both global and local quality, IT, Site Management and New Product Implementation project management.

Keeping focus and prioritizing are key attributes and together with a proactive approach, strong communication and presentation skills, you can drive your projects to reach successful conclusions.
