Your responsibilities:- Register/log, categorise and assign Quality Notifications and coordinate communications around Quality Notifications (QN)
- Be the focal contact for receipt of Quality Notifications
- Manage the Group Inbox
- Establish the priority (criticality to Build; Product Safety severity) based on set of criteria
- Maintain the Quality Notifications (QN) Monitor
- Ensure timely receipt of obligatory supplier response
- Maintain Health Monitor (weekly Reporting)
- Support reduction of parts blocked in quarantine area (blocked stock) Your profile:- Completed studies or completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally with further training in quality management or comparable
- Several years of experience in the field of quality management
- Sound knowledge in dealing with quality notifications (QN) and processes in quality management
- Good IT skills, in particular MS Office, SAP or similar systems
- Fluent English skills, spoken and written
