Supplier Quality Administrator

Orizon GmbH, Unit Aviation is seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Administrator to join their team in Blankenfelde-Mahlow. This role involves working with a renowned client in the aerospace industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Quality Notifications and coordinate communications around them
  • Be the primary point of contact for receipt of Quality Notifications
  • Maintain the Group Inbox and prioritize tasks based on set criteria
  • Ensure timely receipt of obligatory supplier responses
  • Maintain Health Monitor and provide weekly reporting
  • Support reduction of parts blocked in quarantine areas
About You:
  • You have completed studies or vocational training, ideally with further education in quality management
  • You possess several years of experience in quality management, including knowledge of quality notifications and processes
  • You have good IT skills, particularly in MS Office, SAP, or similar systems
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of German is advantageous
