We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Artist who will play a key role in producing exceptional marketing creatives for our hyper-casual hit games while mentoring the team and driving creative innovation. What you will do: Create high-performing video ads in 2D and 3D for Sunday’s live games, seen by millions globally. Participate in ideation sessions to generate innovative concepts and contribute creative direction for video ads. Analyze competitor games and current trends using market intelligence tools, transforming insights into exceptional marketing creatives . Collaborate closely with Playable Ad Developers , other Marketing Artists, and the Growth Team to optimize creative performance through data analysis. Provide support and guidance to team members, sharing your expertise and best practices to maintain high-quality output. Contribute actively to brainstorming and decision-making processes, helping foster a culture of creativity and innovation . Continuously track and assess the performance of your created ads to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Who you are: A creative professional with 3+ years of experience in marketing video production for mobile/hyper-casual games. Proficient in 3D suites (Blender, Maya, etc.) and a master of Photoshop, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools. An active player of mobile/hyper-casual games, with a strong understanding of visual trends, creative strategies, and KPIs specific to these games. A skilled communicator with the ability to articulate creative concepts and feedback clearly and constructively. Adaptable and proactive , able to navigate a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment while staying focused on goals. A critical thinker who can analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable creative strategies. A team player with a collaborative mindset, who thrives on bringing people together to achieve success . Able to present a convincing portfolio of marketing video ads that demonstrates your creativity, skill, and experience.
