nhb is one of the leading German production houses for video and audio. With offices in four german cities we advise, support and accompany the entire post-production process.

We create and develop visual and acoustic experiences with creative passion and state-of-the-art technology.

The FLAME ARTIST is the hub of our production pipeline. You work closely with VFX Supervisor and Producers.

You take responsibility for the indepth control of the projects. Planning, conforming, publishing, compositing, finishing. You are the eye of the storm. That’s your game embedded in a comfy team.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Achieve simple to complex compositing tasks at all stages of the production process including pre-comps, temp composites, 2D tracking, 2D effects, extractions, selection and integration of elements.
- Bring all elements together
- Client facing, Client Sessions
- Determine the best possible techniques and creative approaches in collaboration with the VFX Supervisor
- Ensure the consistency of the final composition of the elements of a visual effects plan
- Deliver work within established project targets and the high-quality standards

**Your experience and skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of job experience as Flame Artist
- Excellent knowledge in Flame
- An eye for image compositions
- Deep understanding of modern colorpipelines and workflows
- Understanding of Python scripting or 3D Tools like Maya and Nuke is a plus
- Enthusiastic with a creative mindset
- Diligent and rigorous with strong attention to details
- Comfortable in a changing environment and under pressure
