Als Head of R&D (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie Führungsverantwortung für die Produktentwicklerteams an den Standorten Halle/Westf. und Warburg. Im Bereich der anwendungsorientierten Entwicklung beschäftigen Sie und Ihr Team sich schwerpunktmäßig mit flexiblen Verpackungen für die Bereiche Food (z.B. Fleisch/Wurst/Käse, Brot- und Backwaren, Nüsse und Trockenfrüchte, Gewürze) sowie Home & Personal Care (z.B. Feuchttücher, Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel). Nachhaltigkeit ist für Sie nicht nur ein Trend, sondern ein Lebensmotto.
Aufgaben:
- Mitarbeiterführung/Verantwortung für die (anwendungsorientierten) Produktentwickler-Teams in Halle/Westf. und Warburg
- Priorisierung der Aufgaben in enger Abstimmung mit dem Sales Director
- Produktdefinition (Stückliste), Technisches Datenblatt (Definition der Spezifikation)
- Prüfung von Einsparpotenzialen
- Anpassung des Produktportfolios der Standorte unter Berücksichtigung der Nachhaltigkeitsziele
- Mitarbeit im Steering Committee zusammen mit dem Geschäftsführer und Commercial Manager (Steuerung der Projekt-Pipeline, Projektmanagement, Tracking/Reporting)
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs bzw. der Sales Manager im Außendienst (Festlegung eines Ansprechpartners für Key-Kunden, Identifikation von strategischen Projekten und Definition des Produktportfolios basierend auf den Anforderungen des Marktes, Repräsentation des Innovationsteams bei wichtigen Kundenmeetings)
- Mitarbeit in Schlüsselprojekten der Business Unit Flexibles (flexible Verpackungen)
Unsere Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches/ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer strategischen Führungsrolle
- Erfahrung im Bereich flexible Verpackungen oder in eng verwandten Branchen ist von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb bzw. an der Schnittstelle zum Kunden
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen, insbesondere zwischen den Standorten Halle und Warburg
