Ihre Aufgaben

Als Schlüsselfigur tragen Sie entscheidend zur Erreichung der finanziellen Zielsetzungen in unserem größten Segment (Access) bei. Ihr Fokus liegt dabei auf der Erstellung und Überwachung des Budgets, der Vorbereitung von Prognosen und der Durchführung von monatlichen Soll-/Ist-Vergleichen sowie Plan-/Prognose-Analysen. Aus diesen Hauptaufgaben ergeben sich weitere spannende Tätigkeiten:

Eigenständige Analyse der Produktportfolios im Access-Bereich, Durchführung von Rentabilitätsanalysen und Erstellung von Soll-/Ist-Vergleichen. Analyse des monatlichen Reportings durch Deckungsbeitragsrechnungen und Prognose der zukünftigen Entwicklung des Geschäftsfeldes. Identifikation von Potenzialen und Risiken sowie Ableitung von Empfehlungen für strategische Entscheidungen des Managements. Überwachung wichtiger Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) und Beteiligung an der langfristigen Planung. Im Team arbeiten Sie an der Verbesserung unserer Excel-basierten Controlling-Werkzeuge. Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen zur Unterstützung von Managemententscheidungen.

Das wünschen wir uns

Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss eines Universitäts- oder Fachhochschulstudiums mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Controlling oder einem vergleichbaren Studium haben Sie bereits mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling sammeln können (bevorzugt in einem Telekommunikations- oder Dienstleistungsunternehmen). Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über:

Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie starke Dienstleistungs- und Ergebnisorientierung. Ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken sowie eigenverantwortliches Handeln. Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, kollegiale Arbeitsweise und hohe soziale Kompetenz. Proaktivität und Hands-on Mentalität. Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Microsoft Excel. Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Anwendung OLAP-basierter Tools wie TM1/IBM Cognos. Idealerweise Erfahrung mit IFRS15
