Wir suchen dich als engagierten FP & A Analyst (Sales & Marketing) (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Karlsruhe oder Munchen. Unterstütze uns dabei, fundierte finanzielle Entscheidungen zu treffen und die Leistungsfähigkeit unserer Vertriebs
- und Marketingabteilungen zu optimieren.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben
- Detaillierte Auswertung von Bookings, Revenue, CAC und Retentionrates
- Identifizierung von Trends und Mustern in den Verkaufsdaten, um strategische Einblicke zu liefern und die Verkaufsstrategien zu optimieren
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Vertriebs
- und Marketingleitung zum Verständnis von Bookings, Revenuetrends und Performancemetrics
- Erstellung genauer Umsatzprognosen und Budgets sowie die Ausarbeitung von Verbesserungspotentialen
- Entwicklung und Pflege von Finanzmodellen spezifisch für den Vertrieb, einschließlich Szenarioanalyse, Sensitivitätsmodellierung und Umsatzprognosen, sowie für das Marketingmodell, einschließlich Kosten pro Lead und Effizienz des Marketingkanals
- Unterstützung beim Monatsabschluss durch Berichterstattung der tatsächlichen Ergebnisse, Forecast, Varianzanalyse zwischen Budgets und früheren Forecasts zu tatsächlichen Ergebnissen, sowie die Präsentation der Ergebnisse vorm Senior Management
- Identifizierung und Lösung von Herausforderungen sowie Problemen innerhalb von Prozessen, um Effizienz und Effektivität zu gewährleisten
- Durchführung von Ad Hoc Finanzanalysen bei Bedarf zur Unterstützung von Sonderprojekten und strategischen Initiativen

Das bringst Du mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finance, Accounting oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre Mindestens
- Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Revenue Operations, FP&A oder Controlling mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb und Marketing, idealerweise in einem Softwareunternehmen
- Umfassendes Verständnis des Vertriebsprozesses und Ausrichtung auf die Zielgruppe und Ziele unseres Unternehmens
- Sehr gute Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein in Verbindung mit einer strukturierten Vorgehensweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
