The Senior Vice President oversees the central coordination of valuing secured non-performing loans and real estate slated for purchase in Europe. This entails presenting cases to the Investment Committee and reporting directly to the CFO of the EOS Group.

  • Leading and developing a skilled team means providing guidance on operational, personnel, and technical matters to prevent business loss and make sound decisions.
  • As a crucial link between the division and the board, your role is to facilitate communication and ensure alignment of objectives.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of operational processes, you'll actively contribute to pricing projects.
  • Supporting local teams in transactions requires offering expertise and organizational assistance.
  • Evaluating portfolio performances, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing local secured servicing units within EOS are key responsibilities.
What you bring

Must-have

  • You should possess expertise in real estate financing and market dynamics.
  • Your valuation skills should extend to both residential and corporate sectors.
  • Fluency in English, applicable internationally, is essential for effective communication.
  • Your communication skills should be convincing and persuasive.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, particularly in Excel, is required, with optional knowledge in Python or R.

Nice-to-have

  • You should hold a CFA and/or MRICS qualification.
  • Good knowledge of German, along with proficiency in other European languages, is highly advantageous.
