Unser Stuttgarter Team sucht Unterstützung im Bereich Projekt- und Baumanagement. Im Rahmen Ihrer täglichen Arbeit werden Sie sich mit verschiedenen - sowohl kleinen als auch großen - Projekten für die BioPharma und Life Science Industrie befassen, innerhalb eines hoch engagierten Teams von Fachleuten. Wir schätzen begeisterungsfähige und aufgeschlossene Kollegen, die sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohlfühlen.

Erfahren Sie mehr über Ihre neuen Aufgaben

  • Verantwortlich für die gesamte Bauleitung, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf EHS (Umwelt, Gesundheit und Sicherheit), Finanzen, Zeitplan und Qualität für große EPC-Projekte in der Biopharma- und Life Sciences-Industrie

  • Leitung der Exyte-Bauorganisation vor Ort

  • Leitung von Baubesprechungen mit Unterauftragnehmern vor Ort

  • Definition des Bauausführungsplans für die Projekte

  • Definition der Bauabläufe und des Bauzeitplans zu Beginn des Projekts

  • Definition von KPIs zur Messung der Bauleistung auf der Baustelle

  • Aufbau und Pflege einer guten Kommunikation und Beziehung mit dem Kunden

  • Berichterstattung über den Stand der Projektausführung an die Unternehmensleitung gemäß den Unternehmensverfahren

  • Überwachung und Beteiligung an der Identifizierung von Projektrisiken und der Entwicklung von Plänen zur Risikominderung

  • Sicherstellen, dass die Unternehmensverfahren, -standards und -richtlinien innerhalb der Bauabteilung eingehalten werden

  • Ein sichtbares, positives und ermutigendes Beispiel für die Mitglieder des Projektteams zu sein, sowohl intern als auch extern. Anleitung und Motivation des Teams

Zeigen Sie Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in verwandten Branchen (Biopharma, Life Science), sowie Erfahrung im EPC-Baumanagement

  • Nachweislich gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache

  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse von Bauabläufen und Baumethoden

  • Erfolgreiche Projektabwicklung innerhalb einer großen Organisation
