Discover your exciting roleOur team in Stuttgart is looking for support in the area ofproject and construction management. As a part of your dailywork you will be dealing with various - both small and large -projects for the biopharma and life science industry, within ahighly dedicated team of professionals. We value enthusiasticand open-minded colleagues who thrive in a dynamic environment.
Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesAccountable for overall Project performance, includingbut not limited to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety),Financial, Schedule and Quality performance andconstruction for large EPC projects in the biopharmaand life science industry
Representative of the corporate management to theproject
Highest escalation level within the project to client,contractor and the project team before the corporatemanagement
Develop and keep good communication and relationshipwith the Client
Accountable for the project performance on EHS,schedule, cost and quality, as well as the projectmanager’s performance
Report the project status to the company management asper corporate procedures
Stay on the project site and participate in the clientmanagement reporting meeting
Monitor and participate in the project riskidentification and mitigation plan development process
Ensure corporate procedures, standards and guidelinesare followed within the project disciplines (ProjectManagement, Project Engineering & Design Manager,Project Commercial Manager, Project Site Manager /Construction Management)
Define project strategies to achieve the project goalsexternally and internally
Be a visible, positive and encouraging exampleinfluence for the the project team members, bothinternally and externally. Provide guidance andmotivation to the team
Show your expertiseMaster Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Several years experience in related industries(biopharma, life science) andEPC projectmanagement experience
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communicationskills in German and in English
Detailed knowledge project execution and coordination
Good communication and motivation skills
Broad technical understanding of CSA (Civil StructuralArchitecture) and MEP systems
PMI certification advantage
