Wir suchen ab sofort eine(n) Regional Sales Manager(in) (m/w/d) für den süddeutschen Raum. Auf Provisionsbasis oder in Festanstellung.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben werden unter anderem sein:

  • Erstkontakt zu Kunden aufbauen und regelmäßige Pflege Kundennetzwerk
  • Schreiben von Angeboten
  • Vertragsverhandlungen mit Kunden (Off-Take-Agreements)
  • Pflege CRM-Tool
  • Betreuung von Großkunden (Key Account Management)
  • Rollierende Planung mit Key Account Kunden durchführen
  • Kontakt zu Sales-Repräsentanten aufbauen und pflegen
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau des festgelegten regionalen Vertriebsraumes
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau regionale Vertriebsorganisation DACH-Raum
  • Identifizierung von Innovationsmöglichkeiten im Unternehmen
  • Aktive Teilnahme an Networking-Veranstaltungen und Branchenkonferenzen
Qualifikation

Das bringst du im Idealfall mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, bevorzugt BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieur, Bauingenieur oder sonstiges technisch-wirtschaftliches Studium
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Word und Excel
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Salesbereich
  • Vertriebserfahrung und Netzwerk im Bereich Photovoltaik/ Solar
  • Sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse, Fähigkeit zur Überprüfung und Korrektur von Texten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
