- Learn essentials in quality management and quality assurance
- Support your AL colleagues to coordinate and work on customer-related quality topics
- Analyze the gaps between customer requirements and AL capabilities
- Support the change management on process changes that need to be communicated to customers
- Manage and support the complaint handling
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve work processes (incl. update and communication of procedures)
- Support in quality-related projects
- Support your colleagues in document management

**Presentation of the team and business activities**

You will work with the quality team which currently consists of 6 permanent employees and 1 working student.
The quality department takes care of customer-related quality topics and is responsible for overseeing the quality management system. Quality is a supportive function that works as an interface to many different activities. Thus, you will also have interactions with colleagues of the other departments and
other AL entities like filling centers in Germany or France.
Our main languages spoken are German and English.

**Presentation of the entity**

You will be part of Air Liquide Electronics in Ottendorf-Okrilla close to the beautiful city of Dresden. We are a great team of ~ 70 people from 11 nationalities.
In our entity, we have the following departments:

- sales & business development
- ESM & bulk business
- engineering
- operations
- business administration
- quality
- health, safety, environment & risk management

**Are you a MATCH?
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Business and/or Engineering or Natural Sciences with a specialization in Chemistry, Economics or Business Organisation

**Soft and Hard Skills**:

- Effective Communication skills
- Good knowledge of office programs (MS Office, Google suits)
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Engaged and independently working

**Languages**:

- English fluency is Must have
- German is Nice to have
