Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte:
Ansprechpartner für die Geschäftsleitung, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiterende zu Qualitätsfragen Abgabe von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Erfüllung der Standards Aufrechterhaltung und Optimierung des Zehnder Qualitätsmanagementsystems Überprüfung von Managementanweisungen und Sicherstellung ihrer Anerkennung innerhalb des jeweiligen Bereiches Auswertung der Qualitätsstatistiken, Koordination von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Überwachung der Wirksamkeit Auswertung von Kundenreklamationen zu Produkten in allen Märkten und Ableitung von Maßnahmen Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern in Bezug auf die Material-/Schadensanalyse von Produkten Schulung von Führungskräften, Mitarbeitenden und Lieferanten in Bezug auf Qualität Leitung von Projekten zur Qualitätsverbesserung Organisation und Moderation von Qualitätsmanagement-Review Organisation und Durchführung von internen Audits und Lieferantenaudits, Überwachung und Nachverfolgung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Erfüllung der Standards nach DIN EN ISO 9001, produktspezifischen Normen wie EN 442, NF047 und den jeweiligen landesspezifischen Normen Vorschlagen von Qualitätszielen und Herbeiführen von Vereinbarungen auf Managementebene Zusammenarbeit mit Qualitätsbeauftragten innerhalb der Zehnder Group und Mitarbeit in gruppenweiten Projekten
Ihre Qualifikationen:
Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (B.A./M.A.), vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen und / oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung Qualifizierung als Qualitätsmanager (all) Erfahrung in der Durchführung von internen Audits und Lieferantenaudits Erfahrung in der Anwendung und Verwaltung von Dokumentenmanagementsystemen Fähigkeit, Kennzahlen zu analysieren und zu interpretieren, Maßnahmen abzuleiten und das Wesentliche zu fokussieren Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, andere Menschen für Qualitätsthemen zu begeistern Belastbarkeit und Selbstvertrauen auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Office und SAP Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
