Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee personnel management, planning, and selection, including applicant management through to hiring, as well as drafting and publishing job postings.
- Utilize your expertise to provide administrative support for the timely and quality processing of monthly payroll and salary statements.
- Prepare contracts, employment references, certificates, warnings, terminations, and other documents for employees.
- Record working hours, sick leave, vacation days, and overtime.
- Act as a point of contact for applicants, employees, supervisors, and works councils on all HR-related matters.
- Lead the implementation of various HR projects.
Your Profile:
- You hold a degree with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable commercial qualification with relevant additional certification.
- You have at least three years of professional experience in a dynamic administrative HR environment.
- You possess knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law (metal and electrical industry).
- You are organized and deadline-oriented, enabling you to successfully manage assigned tasks.
