We are looking for an Enterprise level Account Executive to hunt new logos and expand existing clients in one of our high potential markets and join our rapidly growing Sales TeamAs an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in our growth in the critical Benelux region.

Your Responsibilities

Maintain an Entrepreneurial mindset and own your territory of accounts.

Drive interest and adoption of the product. You will close and drive the sales process through to multi-year 6-7 figure deals.

Work closely with your SDR and internal partners. Drive the resources and insight needed to support engagement from our clients.

Collaborate globally, understand global culture, communication, working styles, to bring together global teams to win the hearts and minds of our prospects.

Execute on all sales activity: calls, emails, social engagement, web demos, on-site F2F appointments, negotiations, and presentations to advance prospects through the sales cycle.

Support your existing clients as a consultant and deliver exemplary customer service alongside your Customer Success representative.

Attend industry events to strengthen your network and represent our company.

Accurate management of all customer interactions and including overall pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management.

Delivering on revenue targets.

YOUR PROFILE

An experienced sales account executive with 7+ years of experience.

3-5 years sales experience at Enterprise level, managing and closing complex enterprise deals of over $100k.

Experience in a Start Up/Scale Up Environment is a plus

Loves to Hunt and locate new business opportunities

You love to work at speed, and enjoy the challenges of high expectations.

A passion for international business - most of our clients are globally deployed, requiring flexibility to think globally (not just locally)

Experience in selling a SaaS platform, and experience in selling Saas platforms within the Coaching/Learning and Development/ HR Tech sector is a plus

An excellent strategic, curious and creative thinker with a proven track record.

Determined, motivated, articulate, and diplomatic with excellent communication skills.

Ability to adapt to changing landscapes, circumstances and initiatives.

Enjoys collaborating in a team environment - is personable and fun to work with

A willingness to travel within Europe for client and team meetings (up to 20%)

You are based in the Netherlands You must speak Dutch at Native Level and English at Professional Proficiency

Y ou are based in Nordic Region and must speak Swedish at Native Level and English at Professional Proficiency
