Deine Aufgaben

Von A wie Analyse bis Z wie Zugriffszeiten, von Konzeption über Entwicklung und Implementierung bis zum Testing: Für unsere IT-Lösungen in der Baufinanzierung lieferst Du das Rundum-Sorglos-Paket und lässt im agilen Team zusammen mit unseren Fachexpert*innen Projekte wahr werden. Im Designen verteilter IT-Architekturen, beim Durchführen des Build-Prozesses und in der technischen Dokumentation: Du weißt, wo und wie Du Deine Kompetenz einbringen kannst. Hierbei verlierst Du nie den Überblick über unsere verschiedenen Systeme und sorgst mit der Definition und Umsetzung von notwendigen Schnittstellen für einen reibungslosen und ausfallsicheren Betrieb. Deine Entwicklungen bekommen Dein Qualitätssiegel verliehen, sowohl präventiv via automatisierten Tests als auch reaktiv mit verschiedenen Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen. Auch bei Fragen zur Sicherheit und Compliance bleibst Du locker und gewährleistest, dass unsere IT-Lösungen Governance- und Security-Vorgaben einhalten. Mit verbindlicher und geschickter Kommunikation stellst Du außerdem sicher, dass alle Beteiligten, Kolleg*innen und auch externe Dienstleister bei unseren Projekten auf der gleichen Wellenlänge sind.

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, eines MINT-Faches oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Java-API und Frameworks wie Spring (Boot), Hibernate und synchronen/asynchronen Kommunikationsprotokollen (HTTP/REST, Kafka) Sicherer Umgang mit Build-Werkzeugen, Versionsverwaltungssystemen und CI/CD im Azure-Umfeld Praxis in der Testautomatisierung (Implementierung / Betrieb) und Spaß an der Arbeit im agilen Team (Scrum) Strukturierte, ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsgeschick sowie hohe Lern- und Weiterentwicklungsbereitschaft Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
