Werde jetzt als Engagement Architect (w/m/d) Teil unseres Teams DACH Strategic Alliance Management und begleite uns aktiv bei der Umsetzung unserer Wachstums-Strategie, die uns in unseren Fokus-Industrien nachhaltig Marktanteile sichert und ausbaut.

Die Umsetzung der Strategie basiert neben unserem innovativen Produkt-Portfolio und unserer eigenen Lösungs-Kompetenz maßgeblich auch auf den Fähigkeiten unseres Partner Eco Systems.

Wir sprechen dabei gezielt die Fähigkeiten von System Integratoren an, die wir in der Frühphase von potentiellen Software-Opportunities einbinden, um unsere Digitalisierungs-Lösungen mit unserem Siemens Xcelerator Portfolio zu projektieren und erfolgreich beim Kunden zu realisieren.

In unserem Partner Management für „Service“ sprechen wir hier von Strategischen Allianz Partnern, die wir im Rahmen unseres „Shared Business Models“ gezielt für unsere Fokus-Industrien und Key-Accounts rekrutieren, unter Vertrag nehmen, ausbilden und als erfolgreiche Business Partner etablieren.


Wie gestaltest Du die Welt von morgen?

Dein Fokus liegt im DACH Strategic Alliance Management auf den Schwerpunkten: Operatives Vertrags-Management (creation, approval process, updating) ‘Access Management’ sicherstellen (Systemzugänge new/updates/extensions) Aktive Umsetzung des SI Decision Board Managements (Termine/Vorbereitung/Durchführung) Reporting durchführen (SFDC Dashboard/Reports; Kennzahlen) Aktive Gestaltung der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnern (recurring meetings) Koordination des Event Management (seminars; fairs; events) Umsetzung von Marketing Maßnahmen im Rahmen unserer Go To Market Strategie Enablement Bedarfe identifizieren und die Partner zielgerichtet in der Partner Academy führen Adaption des Prozess- und Governance Modells (A&OP; ...) Mitgestaltung des internen Stakeholder- und Relationship-Management (Region/Zone/Global) Sicherstellen, dass die geltenden Anti-Trust and Business Compliance Regeln eingehalten werden Als Teil des Service Teams trägst Du maßgeblich zum Wachstum des Umsatzes und zur Erreichung der finanziellen Ziele bei

Wie wirst Du Teil unseres Teams? Mit viel Leidenschaft und Mut

Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium aus dem Bereich der MINT-Fächer (Ingenieurswissenschaften, Physik, Biologie, IT, etc.) mit oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Fertigungs- oder Prozessindustrie oder in der Planung, Steuerung und Abwicklung von Digitalisierungsprojekten im Service oder Projekt Management (idealerweise in Verbindung mit Produkten aus dem Siemens-Portfolio) Dein unternehmerisches Mindset und Deine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus, genau wie Deine analytische Denkweise Du kommunizierst gerne mit Menschen und trittst gegenüber Kunden und Partner sicher und souverän auf Unsere Kunden und Partner erleben Dich begeisterungsfähig, kompetent und mit Überzeugungskraft Es fällt Dir leicht, andere Menschen zu motivieren und zu überzeugen, und es ist für Dich einfach, Veränderungen zu begleiten und zu gestalten. Da wir sehr eng mit unseren Kunden und Partnern zusammenarbeiten ist Reisebereitschaft erforderlich Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Erfahrungen und Prozesswissen im Umfeld der Siemens AG und/oder im Bereich der diskreten Fertigung (allg. Maschinenbau, Automotive, Elektrotechnik/Elektronik, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Medizintechnik, etc.) oder der Prozessindustrie (Chemie, Pharma, etc.) sind von Vorteil
