WAS DICH ERWARTET:
- Ausgangsbasis: Die HSO ist führender Microsoft Partner bei der Implementierung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 bei Unternehmen im Anlagenbau mit Projektgeschäft sowie Dienstleistern. Wir betreuen diese Kunden hier in allen End to End Prozessen wie u.a. Engineer to Order und bedienen uns dabei der gesamten Microsoft Dynamics 365 Plattform.
- Beratung und Lösungsfindung: Als Consultant Project Operations mit Fokus auf Microsoft Dynamics 365FO ist deine Hauptaufgabe, Unternehmen mit Projektgeschäft dabei zu unterstützen, die richtigen IT-Lösungen für ihre spezifischen Geschäftsanforderungen zu finden. Du wirst eng mit den Kunden zusammenarbeiten, um ihre Geschäftsprozesse zu verstehen und zu analysieren. Auf Grundlage dieser Informationen entwickelst du maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und Konzepte, die auf Microsoft Dynamics 365 basieren.
- Implementierung: Nachdem du die passende Lösung konzipiert hast, bist du für die Implementierung und Integration von Microsoft Dynamics 365 in die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur des Kunden verantwortlich. Dies beinhaltet die Konfiguration der Software, das Datenmanagement und die Anpassung von Prozessen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Lösung reibungslos funktioniert. Du arbeitest dabei oft im Team und sorgst dafür, dass alle technischen Komponenten effizient zusammenarbeiten.
- Schulung und Support: Ein entscheidender Aspekt deiner Arbeit besteht darin, Endbenutzer und Mitarbeiter deines Kunden in der Nutzung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 zu schulen. Du erstellst Schulungspläne und -materialien, führst Schulungen durch und stehst den Nutzern bei Fragen oder Problemen zur Seite. Dein Ziel ist es, sicherzustellen, dass die Mitarbeiter die Software effektiv nutzen und von ihren Funktionen profitieren.
- Geschäftsprozessoptimierung: Gemeinsam mit deinem Kunden optimiert, digitalisiert und automatisiert ihr die bestehenden Geschäftsprozesse. Ihr erarbeitet und dokumentiert integrierte Lösungen mit hohem Kundennutzen. Dabei bringst du unsere und deine Erfahrungen nach dem Best-Practice-Ansatz ein.
- Technisches Know-how: Du bleibst auf dem neuesten Stand der Entwicklungen in Microsoft Dynamics 365 und insbesondere Dynamics 365 Project Operations. Dies erfordert kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und die Fähigkeit, technisches Wissen in geschäftliche Lösungen umzusetzen.
- Tools und Methoden@HSO: Du wendest unsere ausgezeichnete Projektmethodik HSO Excellerate™ in klassischer oder agiler Ausprägung an und nutzt Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations sowie weitere moderne Produkte wie die Microsoft Power Platform.
Requirements
WAS DICH AUSZEICHNET:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem MINT-Studiengang, BWL, Supply-Chain-Management oder relevante Erfahrung mit Dynamics 365FO, bestenfalls im Bereich Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
- Du bringst erste Projekterfahrung in der Beratung von ERP-Systemen als Inhouse-Consultant und/oder für ein Beratungshaus mit.
- Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations sind schon vorhanden.
- Branchenkenntnisse aus dem Bereich Dienstleistungen/Professional Services oder aus dem Bereich Anlagenbau/Engineer-to-Order wären von Vorteil.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in der deutschen Sprache, um Kunden zu beraten und zu schulen, runden dein Profil ab.
