ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • Starting Point: HSO excels in deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 for organizations in project-driven sectors and service providers. We assist these clients throughout all comprehensive processes, such as Engineer to Order, leveraging the full capabilities of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite.
  • Consultation and Solution Development: As a Consultant in Project Operations specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365FO, your primary responsibility is to assist project-focused enterprises in identifying the optimal IT solutions tailored to their unique business needs. You will collaborate closely with clients to comprehend and evaluate their operational workflows. From this analysis, you will craft customized solutions and strategies utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Implementation: After designing the suitable solution, you will oversee the deployment and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 into the client's existing IT framework. This encompasses software configuration, data management, and process customization to ensure seamless functionality. Collaboration within teams is essential to guarantee that all technical elements operate harmoniously.
  • Training and Support: A vital component of your role involves educating end users and client personnel on utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will develop training plans and materials, facilitate training sessions, and assist users with any inquiries or challenges. Your objective is to ensure that staff members effectively leverage the software and maximize its advantages.
  • Business Process Enhancement: In partnership with your clients, you will refine, digitize, and automate current business processes. You will create and document integrated solutions that deliver significant customer value, drawing on both your expertise and best-practice methodologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Staying informed about advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Dynamics 365 Project Operations, is crucial. This role requires ongoing education and the capability to translate technical insights into practical business solutions.
  • Methodologies and Tools: You will implement our exceptional project methodology, HSO ExcellerateTM, using either traditional or agile approaches, while employing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations and other contemporary tools such as the Microsoft Power Platform.

QUALIFICATIONS:

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU:

  • A degree in a STEM discipline, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant experience with Dynamics 365FO, ideally in Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
  • Initial experience in project consulting on ERP systems, either as an internal consultant or with a consulting firm.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Industry experience in Professional Services or Engineer-to-Order sectors is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in the German language to effectively advise and train clients.
