Moreover, our strong foothold in the Virtual Reality (VR) domain, highlights PLAION’s commitment to varied innovative gaming experiences.In alignment with our continued success, we are looking for a engaged Partner Assistant (all genders) to support our Partner Team, helping us to take some of the most exciting AAA games to the next level. This full-time role is based out of our headquarters in Munich/Planegg in a hybrid position. As a Partner Assistant you will provide day to day administrative support between the partner team, partners and other internal teams to ensure effective and efficient administration.

Your Tasks

You are responsible for the product lifecycle administration inclusive of HLA’s, promotional calendars and sales company updatesYou will be data management liaison with our Austrian office. Inclusive of product set up, SRP and sales flag maintenanceYou will do cost calculations for promotions and projects as well as prepare decision templatesYou will monitor and report on promotional implementationYou will support distribution provision managementYou are responsible for future credit control, liaising with the finance team to ensure that distribution provisions can be monitored accuratelyYou will report, analyze and forecast New Release and Core catalogueYou are purchase ordering liaisonYou will provide Contract Database support ensuring an overview of all contracts with updates supplied to Account Directors and Partner Managers of termination dates and notice periodsYou will assist with commercial reports including pre-orders, stock and sales, monthly AOP updates and stock targetsYou will manage release schedules to ensure we have an up-to-date release schedule for both internal and external purposesYou will support and advise the commercial team when necessaryYou will work as a part of a joint team and contribute ideas for areas of improvement with general ad hoc duties as required
