Diese Unternehmen arbeiten mit uns zusammen, um ihre Bekanntheit und Reputation zu erhöhen, neue loyale Kunden zu gewinnen und somit nachhaltig ihren Umsatz zu steigern.

Bei unseren Content-Marketing Kampagnen bilden sich ‚Insiders‘, als Teil unserer Community, ihre Meinung zu den Produkten unserer Kunden. Diese aufregende und sachkundige Produkterfahrung teilen sie danach mit Freunden und Kollegen offline- und online.

Als Client Success Manager übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung von A-Z über die Planung und Umsetzung der Kampagnen und stehen im direktem Kontakt mit Ihren Ansprechpartnern auf Kundenseite.


Die Aufgabe umfasst:

  • Projektmanagement: Strategische Planung und zeitgerechte Umsetzung verschiedener Kampagnenmaßnahmen und damit verbundener Logistik
  • Inhaltliche Ausgestaltung: Konzeption der Kommunikation mit der Community in sozialen Medien, Gestaltung und Produktion der Insiders-Pakete und Marketingmaterialien, etc.
  • Insights generieren und interpretieren: Erfassung und Auswertungen der Konsumentenrückmeldungen zu den Produkttests. Ableitung von Empfehlungen
  • Hauptansprechpartner: Austausch mit Kunden zu Planung und Umsetzung der Kampagne, Aufbau und Vertiefung der Kundenbeziehungen

Requirements

  • Unternehmergeist mit der Fähigkeit selbstständig zu arbeiten
  • Gute Mischung aus kreativem und lösungsorientiertem Denken
  • Organisationsstärke und die Fähigkeit fristgerecht zu arbeiten
  • Den Überblick über die Aufgaben zu bewahren und entsprechende Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
  • Ausgeprägte Motivation, um bestmögliche Kampagnenergebnisse zu erzielen
  • Kundenbindung und Ausbau bestehender Kunden durch proaktives Verhalten
  • Beratung und Führen von Kunden als Trusted Advisor in Zusammenarbeit mit den Account Managern
