Construction Manager (m/w/d)

So abwechslungsreich: Deine Aufgaben

Als Construction Manager bist du Teil des Teams Construction und direkt dem Abteilungsleiter
Construction unterstellt Nach einer umfassenden Einarbeitungszeit übernimmst du Projekte zur baulichen Erschließung
von Food & Beverage-Konzepten an unseren verschiedenen Verkehrsstandorten
(Flughafen/Bahn/Autobahn) Du kontrollierst und steuerst Planungs- und Bauprozesse sowie die jeweilige Termin- und
Kostenkontrolle Die Koordination von externen Dienstleistern & Begleitung von Ausschreibungsverfahren,
Abnahme- und Reparaturprozessen liegt in deiner Hand Eigenständig planst, koordinierst und überwachst du die Umsetzung von kleineren
Baumaßnahmen Auch die Etablierung baulicher Energie- und Umweltschutzmaßnahmen mit besonderem Bezug auf Innenausbau- und Ladenbaumaßnahmen gehört zu deinen Aufgaben

So überzeugend: Deine Qualifikationen

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur*in/Wirtschaftsingenieur*in/ Architekt*in oder Weiterbildung als Techniker*in oder Bauleiter*in  Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung Du bist konzeptionell sehr stark und hast einschlägige Erfahrung in der Planung und Steuerung von Projekten Du hast Erfahrung im Ausbau von Shops/Units, idealerweise sogar im Bereich Food & Beverage Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist Stark im Koordinieren und behältst stets den Überblick, auch bei vielen parallelen Projekten Du hast Erfahrung in PMO Eine gewisse Reisebereitschaft und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
