Aufgaben

Führung eines kleinen Teams von Fachleuten (Rechtsanwält*innen, Paralegals, etc.)

Beratung der Geschäftsleitung sowie der operativen Einheiten in allen rechtlichen Belangen der TIC-Branche (Testen und Zertifizieren) mit Schwerpunkt auf Produkten (z. B. Vertrags-, Handels-, Produkt-, Verwaltungsrecht und Rechtsstreitigkeiten)

Funktionales Reporting an die TÜV SÜD Konzernabteilung Recht, Compliance & Versicherung ("dotted line" zur TÜV SÜD-Zentrale)

Entwurf, Prüfung und Verhandlung nationaler und internationaler Kundenverträge sowie anderer rechtlich relevanter Dokumente

Optimierung von Prozessen und Entwurf von Richtlinien

Organisieren Sie das Compliance-Management des Unternehmens im Einklang mit den Unternehmensstandards

Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Projekten

Proaktiver Wissenstransfer und Schulung des Managements und operativem Geschäft

Qualifikationen

Volljurist (1. und 2. Staatsexamen) oder gleichwertig, mindestens kleines Prädikatsexamen, idealerweise Vollbefriedigend

Fundierte Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mind. 8 Jahre, in einer Anwaltskanzlei oder als Syndikusrechtsanwalt eines Unternehmens in einem internationalen Umfeld

Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

Interesse sich in komplexe Rechtsfragen in einem anspruchsvollen und stark regulierten Umfeld zu vertiefen

Ausgezeichnete Organisationsfähigkeit sowie Talent zu Fokussierung und Priorisierung

Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit gepaart mit Verhandlungsgeschick

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie versierter Umgang mit MS Office
