Ihre Aufgabenbereiche
Als Career Development Manager betreuen Sie die Teilnehmer*innen unserer Studienprogramme bei Ihrer Karriereentwicklung. Dazu beraten Sie sie individuell, bieten Workshops und Coachings zu Themen der Persönlichkeitsentwicklung an und bereiten sie so auf die Übernahme von Managementpositionen vor. Sie stehen in engem Austausch mit Unternehmen und deren Personalverantwortlichen und veranstalten mit ihnen Firmenpräsentationen und andere Events, um sie mit unseren Teilnehmern*innen in Kontakt zu bringen.

Als führende Business School Deutschlands und einer der Top Player in Europa stellen wir hohe Ansprüche an Service und Qualität unserer Arbeit. Zu uns passen zuverlässige Menschen mit Teamgeist, die effizient arbeiten und dabei sehr gut in Englisch kommunizieren. Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Sie sollten sich sicher fühlen, Trainings und Coachings durchzuführen und über erste Erfahrungen im Coaching oder in der Karriereberatung verfügen. Wir freuen uns auf eine Person, die Erfahrungen im Ausland gemacht hat, kundenorientiert denkt und Herausforderungen im Dienstleistungsbereich kennt. Sie sollten zudem Erfahrung in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche mitbringen: Personal Development, Career Development oder Networking, die Sie vorzugsweise bei einem Personaldienstleister, im HR-Bereich oder bei einem Maßnahmenträger gesammelt haben. Eine ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität sowie eine schnelle Einarbeitung in IT-Tools runden Ihr Profil ab.
