Ihre Aufgaben:

Durchführen von Installation, Training und Konfiguration von Prinect und Digitaldruck Produkten für Kunden in Deutschland. Kundensupport und Beratung der Prinect Produkte vor Ort und Remote in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen aus Service, Entwicklung und Vertrieb Unterstützung des 1st Level Applikationssupportteams (technische Klärung) Projektsteuerung mit folgenden Schwerpunkten:Analyse der Kundensituation, Abschätzung der benötigten Ressourcen und der Machbarkeit unter Berücksichtigung aller bestimmenden FaktorenErstellen von Trainingsplänen in Abstimmung mit Kunden und dem ProjektteamKundenbetreuung vor, während und nach der Projektphase

Unsere Anforderungen:

Ausbildung Mediengestalter, Drucktechniker, Meister und /oder IT-Ausbildung oder Studium der Informatik/Technik und einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Aufgabenstellung idealerweise ergänzt durch betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse Kenntnisse im Bereich Prinect, Microsoft, Apple und IT-Themen sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Remote-Service-Tools und die Bereitschaft sich in SAP-Prozesse einzuarbeiten Schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei der Einarbeitung in neue Themen, Teamfähigkeit Lösungsorientierter und strukturierter Arbeitsstil, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, freundliches Auftreten und eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit Eigenständiges und zielgerichtetes Arbeiten, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität Motivation zur Weiterbildung Sprachen: Deutsch, gute Kenntnisse Englisch
