The "RealTimeCommunication" team makes an active contribution and supports the transformation of current services worldwide.
The position is part of the "RealTimeCommunication" team and essentially focuses on all communication activities with the specialist departments. Together with the Business Partner Manager, the Product Owner and the IT service provider, you will develop and design the necessary communication with the specialist departments.
Your tasks in detail:
Familiarization with Mercedes-Benz Workplace Services in the Enterprise Telephony environment and development of measures to improve the holistic end-user experience Communication and documentation on the social intranet and coordination with the communication teams in ITT Creating intranet pages for our real-time communication services (telephony, mobile telephony, video conferencing, ...) Quality assurance and optimization of end-user communication, newsletters, manuals and documentation in coordination with the product managers You will also work with us to design and organize internal events and their media support, e.g. by creating videos Qualifikationen Studies in the field of information technology such as media informatics, computer science or business informatics Knowledge of end user communication and design thinking Confident use of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote) Business fluent in German and English Skills in the visual and textual presentation of information for different target groups Enthusiasm for the topic of real-time communication Ability to work in a team, commitment, initiative and an independent and structured way of working Enthusiasm for working in a global and intercultural environment Very good communication skillsAdditional information:
